What currency are the prices do I see in the site? 

All prices are in USD. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship? 

**Due to COVID-19 our processing time is extended. It may take 5-7 business days to process and ship your order from the date your order has been placed. We appreciate your patience

You will be immediately notified by email as soon as your order ships and a tracking number is created.**

In-Stock Items: Please allow 2-3 days for your order to process.  You will receive your order 1-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out.  Tracking numbers will be sent once your order is processed.  

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to five (5) weeks after pre-sale for your order to ship out.  Tracking numbers will be sent once your order is processed.  

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, item that is defective or not what you ordered.  All merchandise must be received in its original form. Returns may be made within 14 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable. Please note that all sales items are final sale.  

For any return or exchange inquiries please contact us at info@dimensionalathletica.com.  You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours.  

Please allow up to three (3) weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.  

Can I cancel my order? 

You have 24 hour to change your oder before it ships out. Please send us an email to info@dimensionalathletica.com, and we will contact you shortly. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now? 

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@dimensionalathletica.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time 3-4 weeks post pre-sale.
